Payment Terms

Once a confirmation of conference registration and a payment receipt are sent, the conference registration becomes binding. Payment can be made through a secure online portal below using an accepted credit card in Japanese Yen. A valid copy of a current student ID is required as proof for registering as a full time student – this must be submitted to the registration desk.
※ Cancellations must be made in writing to izumi@ele.kyutech.ac.jp and approved by the HWCVD10 organization. Cancellations made by July 14, 2018 will be refunded less an administrative fee (JPY 8,000). Cancellations made after July 15, 2018 will not be refunded.
